1. Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After 2 hours, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

2. What if the Jumping Rope is damaged in transit?

3. How long are returns valid for?

6. Refund amount

Once the returned Pet Supplies arrives at’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.
